ทรูเพิ่มสัญญาณ True5G ที่ตลาดท้ายรถนาคา อัปเกรดสถานีฐาน เพิ่มความจุ และปรับค่าพารามิเตอร์สัญญาณให้เหมาะกับรูปแบบการใช้งานในพื้นที่ที่มีผู้ใช้งานหนาแน่น พร้อมตั้ง War Room ที่ศูนย์ปฏิบัติการเครือข่ายอัจฉริยะ หรือ Business Network Intelligence Center (BNIC) ซึ่งใช้ระบบ AI ในการบริหารจัดการและตรวจสอบคุณภาพสัญญาณแบบเรียลไทม์ตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง ครอบคลุมพื้นที่ท่องเที่ยว เส้นทางหลัก และจุดรวมตัวสำคัญทั่วภูเก็ต เพื่อให้ประชาชนสามารถสื่อสาร ถ่ายภาพ แชร์วิดีโอ และไลฟ์สตรีมโมเมนต์ประทับใจได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง แม้ในช่วงเวลาที่มีปริมาณการใช้งานสูง
ความพร้อมครั้งนี้ต่อยอดจากการพัฒนาโครงข่ายให้ทันสมัย (Network Modernization) ในจังหวัดภูเก็ต ส่งผลให้ประสิทธิภาพเครือข่ายสำหรับลูกค้าทรูและดีแทคดีขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ ทั้งด้านความเร็วดาวน์โหลด ความครอบคลุม และความสามารถในการรองรับการใช้งานต่างๆ โดยในพื้นที่ภูเก็ตความเร็ว (Speed) ของ 5G เพิ่มขึ้น 30% และ 4G เพิ่มขึ้น 18% ความแรงสัญญาณ (Signal strength) 5G เพิ่มขึ้น 16% และ 4G เพิ่มขึ้น 23% ขณะที่โครงข่ายสามารถรองรับปริมาณการใช้งาน (Traffic) บน 5G เพิ่มขึ้น 49% และ 4G เพิ่มขึ้น 18% พร้อมลดภาวะการใช้เครือข่ายหนาแน่น (Congestion) โดย 5G ลดลง 97% และ 4G ลดลง 66% ทำให้ใช้งานได้ไร้รอยต่อด้วยประสิทธิภาพสูง โดยทรูได้ดำเนินการยกระดับสถานีฐานอย่างต่อเนื่อง พร้อมตรวจวัดและทดสอบคุณภาพสัญญาณทั่วเกาะรวมระยะทางกว่า 300,000 กิโลเมตร

The network also accommodated a 49% increase in 5G data traffic and an 18% increase in 4G traffic, while congestion was reduced by 97% on 5G and 66% on 4G, enabling a seamless, high-performance connectivity experience. True has continuously upgraded base stations across the province while conducting network measurements and drive tests covering more than 300,000 kilometers throughout the island.
True’s network performance has also been recognized by nPerf, the France-based independent network performance testing company.
