TrueVisions Group has announced a senior executive appointment to strengthen organizational capabilities, enhance management agility and operational efficiencies, as well as drive sustainable business growth. Mr. Birathon Kasemsri Na Ayudhaya, currently Chief Content and Media Officer of True Corporation Plc., has been appointed Chief Executive Officer, TrueVisions Group, in addition to his current position, effective 1 November 2026.
Under this senior executive appointment at TrueVisions Group, Mr. Birathon Kasemsri Na Ayudhaya will have executive oversight of all business units and functions within TrueVisions Group, including TrueVisions Pay TV, TrueVisions NOW, True4U, Thai News Network (TNN), TrueCJ Creations, SM True, and Bangkok United FC business units, as well as TrueVisions Group functions such as commercial operations, content acquisition and programming, media solutions and sales, content marketing, and OTT platform development.
Mr. Birathon’s extensive expertise in content and media strategy, in managing and maximizing the value of international content rights, and in building strategic partnerships with leading global organizations will further strengthen TrueVisions Group’s capabilities to deliver world-class content experiences, premium entertainment, and a comprehensive range of high-quality content tailored to the diverse needs and lifestyles of today’s consumers. This new structure will further strengthen TrueVisions Group’s position as a leader in the integrated content and media business, driving value creation and sustainable growth.
